Service Box is a compact Embedded PC based on Intel® Atom™ CPUs (code name “Apollo Lake”) for embedded applications. It is used to connect additional peripheral hardware such as communication interfaces, grippers or cameras.

2-D Camera Solution
With the TQ Camera solution, part recognition can be realized in an understandable, fast and intuitive way. The configuration and calibration is done directly via the FP3 robot. By using the SensoPart VISOR Camera product families, positions are directly transferred to the robot via OPC UA variables and programming is done via the function block TQ Camera APP.
With the TQ Sanding solution, sanding tasks can be automated in an easy to understand, fast and intuitive way. Due to the Modbus connection, almost any industrial grinder can be used. The definition of the constant contact pressure with automatic alignment of the robot axes ensures optimal sanding results with the function module TQ Sanding APP.

A single-component dispensing process can be easily automated by connecting ViscoTec preeflow® system through Plug&Play. With the TQ Fastening solution, fastening tasks can be automated in an easy-to-understand, fast and intuitive way. The TQ robot control cabinet is used for the functional control of robotics solutions, consisting of 16 inputs and 16 outputs. The communication between robot network and control cabinet is done via Ethernet. Color light gray, dimensions (WxHxD) 500 x 500 x 210 mm, with integrated power supply 24V DC, 5A and lockable main switch.
The TQ base plate is a flexible base plate with slotted holes around the and is used for mounting the robot on various profile systems. Possible grids for mounting: 20, 25, 30, 40, 45, 50 and 60mm.
